Our Policies

24 hours notice is required. If less than 24 hours is given, you will lose your deposit paid to hold your appointment. 

Cancellation

In the case you do not show up to your appointment, you not only lose your deposit paid to hold that appointment but you also must pay the entire appointment you missed before booking again. After that missed appointment is paid in full, you may book again through our booking site and re-pay your deposit for your next appointment. 

No-Shows

In the event you are running even 5 minutes late, we expect communication beforehand. If your appointment was booked online, you are able to send us an email. If you are 10 min late, depending on the appointment, it may be cut short and no discount will be given if service cannot be fully finished. 
If 15 min late, your appointment is cancelled and you lose your deposit. Please be respectful of our time as we hold your appointment just for you. 

Late Arrivals

All prices listed are starting prices and are subject to change. Reasons for change include but are not limited to: length of hair, extra product/color needed, extra time needed to complete the desired look, change in type of color or extension service, amount of wefts needed, coloring of extension wefts, hair treatments needed, clients natural hair taking longer to process or difficulty lifting due to at home color. 

Pricing & Payments

In the event you need something adjusted, we have 1 week to adjust the desired color/haircut. This does not mean a completely different color or haircut, or if you dont like the color on you, this means if something is off or needs an adjustment i will do that within 1 week. After 1 week, you must rebook online and schedule a new appointment.
